J.H. Ahlin has shown in this compelling story of love and hate in Nazi Germany, the power of two individuals to alter the course of history. “Traitors in Treblinka.”

Traitors in Treblinka

Two Jews, growing up in Düsseldorf, Germany during the Nazi era do everything they can to slow down the development of the secret weapons the Wehrmacht is developing at a secret army base and change the course of WW II.

The novel is historically accurate, only the protagonists and their families are fictional. The violence and sexual content may not be appropriate for younger readers. The violence comes from the SS and Gestapo. The sexual scenes initially are initiated to familiarize the reader with H. Himmler’s Lebensborn program. The idea behind Lebensborn was to increase the Aryan population of Nazi Germany.

As Jenz was leaving the Auschwitz camp, a Gestapo officer attempted to detain him and place him in handcuffs.

Jenz: Agent Burk, remember, it did not go well for you when you and your fellow agent tried to place me in hand restraints before.”

Agent Burk: “Once the Gestapo gets you in custody, you will tell us everything you know about your Jew family and your fellow Jews.”

Jenz knew that Agent Burk was unfamiliar with the Auschwitz Camp. When they were walking near the electric fence, Jenz knocked the agent up against the fence and held him there with a stick. The agent jumped, screamed, smoked and danced while the electricity shocked his body. Jenz called out to a nearby prisoner. “Prisoner, could you help me with this man? He is Gestapo. You may keep his cloths and belongings, but please place his body on the next cart for the crematoriums. The crematorium is actually too good for this goon!”
